Who we are
Yeo&Co. Horticultural Services is run by Christopher Yeo, a sole trader based in Totnes, Devon. Contact: enquiries@yeocohort.com.
What we keep in your client area
Your name and email address, the name you’d like your garden page to have, your plan details, the work schedule and visit notes, and photos of your garden.
What we never put in it
Your address, gate or door codes, where keys are kept, alarm details, or when you’re away from home.
Why we keep it
To plan and record the work in your garden and keep you up to date with it. We don’t use it for anything else, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
Who can see it
You, and Yeo&Co. Horticultural Services as the business looking after your garden. Each client can only see their own garden page, and the pages are hidden from search engines.
Where it’s stored
The website and sign-in system are hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company based in the United States. Your email address and garden page are stored on their systems so you can sign in.
Photos
We photograph the garden only, never people, house numbers, vehicles or entrances. Location data is removed from every photo before it’s added.
How long we keep it
For as long as we look after your garden. When our agreement ends, we remove your page and photos unless you ask us to keep a copy for you.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, have anything corrected, or have your page and photos removed at any time, by emailing enquiries@yeocohort.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
